Ceremonies
Guided journeys into deeper awareness
Experience the transformative potential of psilocybin in an intentional, guided, nature immersed setting.
Designed to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and navigate transitions with greater trust and awareness.
Rooted in care, empowerment and nature and guided through preparation, ceremony, and integration.
Why ceremony?
Humankind has always created ceremony. While its forms have changed across cultures and generations, its essence remains the same: to pause, gather with intention, and create space for what wants to be seen. Ceremony offers an opportunity to slow down, be real with ourselves, and embrace the many experiences that come with being human.
I create ceremonies that are designed to hold space for realness and humanness. Held in nature and guided with care, they invite you to step out of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and gently explore what is unfolding beneath the surface.
Ceremony is a doorway into deeper listening. An invitation to be present, trust the process, and open to what is ready to be seen. Sometimes it brings new insights. Sometimes it simply reminds us to slow down, reconnect, and be present with life.
Guidance and holding
This work is held with experience, care, and responsibility.
My work is rooted in experience, training and deep respect for the medicine and other practices and traditions that explore the intelligence of life and nature. Over time, this has developed into an approach that is grounding and personal, shaped by direct experience with individuals and groups in ceremonial settings.
The intention is simple: to meet you where you are.
Every ceremony is different. Some are quiet and inward, others more emotional or expressive. The guidance adapts to what is present in the moment. You are supported in staying connected to your own process rather than being directed away from it. This creates space for honesty, awareness, and self-trust.
The essential elements
A ceremony is a process beginning with preparation, where we explore your intention and create grounding for the experience ahead. The ceremony itself is a held space where inner experience can unfold in a held setting with awareness. Integration follows afterwards, helping you bring what you experienced into your daily life in a meaningful way.
These three parts belong together. They form the container in which insight can become lasting change.
Dosage is approached carefully. Based on your personal situation, I will offer a recommendation, while also including your own felt sense. The intelligence of you body plays an active role in this process.
Held by Nature
The ceremonies take place in nature, where the environment naturally supports slowing down and turning inward.
The landscape becomes part of the experience. It offers rhythm, space, and stillness that help you reconnect with yourself.
Nature also acts as a mirror. What you encounter outside often reflects what is unfolding inside, creating a grounded and honest space for awareness.
One-to-One Ceremony
A fully personal experience shaped around your intention, pace, and process.
Small Group Ceremony
An intimate shared experience where presence and witnessing deepen the journey while each person remains fully supported in their own process.

Your Ceremony Includes
Who this is for
These ceremonies are for people who feel called to explore themselves with honesty, curiosity, and respect.
Whether you are navigating a transition, seeking clarity, deepening your relationship with yourself, or simply feeling that something in life is asking for your attention, ceremony can offer a meaningful space to listen.
The most important requirement is not experience, but a genuine willingness to meet yourself.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. An introduction call gives us the opportunity to explore whether this journey feels aligned for you and whether I feel I am the right person to support your process.
If another form of support would be more appropriate, I will always communicate that honestly.

Before confirming a ceremony, we take time to explore your physical health, mental health history, medications, previous experience with psychedelics, and the intention you are bringing.
In some situations, a ceremony may not be appropriate, or it may be wiser to wait until the timing is right.
